Summit Ledger shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
4. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
4.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York for the resolution of any disputes.
4.2 Dispute Resolution Procedures
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with the governing law provisions above.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
